Optional Landline Service
If you need to keep your existing landline service you can transfer this to way2phone or we can provide you with a new number for only $20 per month.
Peak and Offpeak Periods
Our peak period for downloads is 8am to 12am and offpeak is 12am to 8am . Data quotas are measured and slowed independently of each other.
Afterburners
Getting towards the middle or end of the month and you find you have used up all your data quota and can't handle the slowed down speed? To top up your data allowance purchase an afterburner for only $5 , which gives you 2 GB of highspeed data ( ½ peak ½ offpeak) to get you to your next billing cycle.
Plan changes
A plan change can be done at any time throughout the month and will come into effect immediately. There is no charge for plan upgrades, however there may be a charge of $40 to downgrade your plan. You can only request 1 plan change per month.
Relocations
If you need to relocate your broadband service you can pay a fee of $75, alternatively sign up to a 24 month contract or renew your contract and get it for $0.
