We are currently experiencing connectivity issues meaning customers are currently unable to update service features such as call forwarding and voicemail. Features in place will still work. There is also a delay in the provisioning of new services. way2phoneeers are currently investigating the issue. way2phone apologises for the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience.

way2phone is currently working on the issue. Until the issue is resolved you can call way2phone on 1300 305 000 if you would like to set your call forwarding for your VoIP service

Workaround
Please try to access your voicemail using a landline telephone or mobile phone. New voice messages are still being emailed to your nominated email address.
